What You Can Expect
This highly-flexible private tour is intended for nature enthusiasts with basic knowledge of camera operation. Choose your own start time (between 8am and 5pm), trip duration and group size. Tours are available as 4- or 8-hour treks, and for sunrise or sunset shooting times. You may choose a solo adventure with a professional photographer guide or in a small-group format with family or friends. Arrive at Cascade Center of Photography in Bend at the reserved time, where you’ll meet your guide, go over your camera settings, and discuss location options based on personal interest. Depending on time of day and season, your guide will recommend locations with optimal lighting conditions for shooting. Then head out for your half- or full-day tour through Bend and perhaps the surrounding area. Please note that tour pricing includes destinations within Bend city limits, but longer distances will incur a small gas fee. Don’t forget to pack snacks and water!
